We gladly accept most health insurance. Please contact the office about your coverage with HMO's, PPO's or other managed care organizations. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have affordable rates and a flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family.

Dennis is flexible, and also takes patients by appointment. Please call (763-755-4300) if the above hours are not workable with your schedule!
